I got my ticket last month at Kearney and came to a meeting at the Smithville Fire Station. At the end of June. I enjoyed the meeting, and was looking for information on when the next one would take place. I upgraded to an FT-70DR radio, got my vanity call sign, ordered my lisence plate, and want to get involved in the ham community. I read that there is supposed to be an ARES meeting here in Cameron next month according to a January newsletter of the Northwest Missouri ARES club, but can't find contacts or information. Where would I go to be informed? Thanks!
